Solutions Empire CRM

Solutions Empire CRM is an internal business, recruiting, and operations platform used by authorized Solutions Empire LLC personnel.

The platform helps authorized team members manage recruiting applicants, interviews, onboarding activity, customer and appointment workflows, inventory, and other company operations. It is not offered as a public consumer application.

Recruiting Gmail Integration

Solutions Empire CRM can connect to the company-controlled Recruiting mailbox, sellcrecruiting@gmail.com, to support applicant intake and reconciliation.

The integration requests read-only access to Gmail. It uses that access to locate and process recruiting-related messages, message information, email content needed for applicant intake, and attached resumes or application documents.

The integration does not send Gmail messages. It does not modify, move, label, or delete Gmail messages.

Information imported from recruiting messages may be used to create, update, reconcile, or review controlled Recruiting applicant records in Solutions Empire CRM. Import evidence may also be retained to prevent duplicate processing and support reliable synchronization.

Access to Solutions Empire CRM and imported recruiting information is limited to authorized Solutions Empire personnel and application services required to operate the platform.
